Citizen Committee Makes Recommendations to Jeffco School Board
December 17, 2009The Facility Usage Committee, made up of about 30 community members, had its last meeting Monday. The group finalized recommendations it will present to the school board on January 14.
Jefferson County Schools faces a $40 million budget shortfall over the next two years. This committee was formed in March as the district began looking for noneducational areas to cut.
